I am a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and psychotherapist registered with the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH) that adheres to a strict code of ethics and professional practice based on integrity, confidentiality, impartiality and respect. I am fully insured and CBS checked.

Solution focused hypnotherapy is based on the latest neuroscience as well as techniques from psychology and hypnotherapy that we can use to break negative cycles of rumination or negative forecasting. The goal is for you to feel lighter, calmer, in control, able to rebuild your confidence and inner trust after a set back. The techniques that I mastered are very effective to create long-lasting, positive change because we focus on the positive aspects of your life and work directly with the subconscious mind. After 8-12 sessions depending on your needs, you will have knowledge and tools that will transform your outlook on life. I can guarantee that.
I specialise in overcoming stress, limited beliefs and general anxiety, as well as moving from overthinking and procrastination to creativity and excellence. I can also help with managing pain, menopause, building resilience during/after divorce and stopping smoking/vaping. Opting for online treatment means that you interact with me from the comfort of your home and we can use various platforms to communicate (FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom). Research has shown that online treatment is just as effective as in person so it is a personal choice. I am available in person at The Observatory and I am also currently exploring availability in London.
