Reflexology workshop
Learn techniques of the powerful ancient Chinese therapy of reflexology where you can access the wellbeing of the whole body through the reflexes of the feet and hands. This wonderfully relaxing therapy is beneficial for stress relief, restoring balance, hormone regulation, energy boosting and many other conditions.
Description
During the workshop, you will learn specific techniques for relaxation and health hacks that you will be able to use on yourself, your friends and family. You will learn how to massage the feet and hands to perform relaxation and pressure techniques. You will gain knowledge of reflex points for relaxation, anxiety relief, pain management, energy boosting and hormone balance. The practical training is held at a Plymouth city centre location.
Who is this course for?
Anyone who wishes to learn techniques of foot and hand reflexology to use informally. No previous experience necessary.
It is also suitable for therapists already practicing in other treatments and who wish to have a taster of a full reflexology course.
What will I learn?
- Basic theory of reflexology techniques.
- Foundation level anatomy and physiology needed in order to perform reflexology techniques.
- Practical techniques specific to foot and hand reflexology with live demonstrations and immediate feedback and guidance.
Course contents
One day workshop: techniques on the feet and hands for relaxation, stress and anxiety relief, pain management, energy boosting, hormone balance.
Cost
£35 per person payable to Blue Lotus Hypnotherapy. If you wish to come along with a friend or partner (and then you can practise on each other), the cost is £60 per couple.
Course date
Saturday 28th October, 10am – 12.30pm, in class training at The Observatory Practice.
Available spaces
Limited to 10 in the classroom to ensure quality of teaching is maintained and individual attention and guidance is given.
