Daria Ibini, DCH

I am a psychology graduate of Plymouth University and Clinical, Solution-Focused hypnotherapist trained at Inspiraology in Plymouth. My interest in mental health and the human psyche is rooted in my curiosity about human behaviour and inner desire to help people. However, during my degree, I have discovered that I want to be a therapist. I chose to practice solution-focused hypnotherapy as I myself went through this therapy when I struggled with grief and depression. I realised how powerful this type of therapy can be in helping people. In my free time, I like to play ukulele and look after my plants.

I am registered with several professional bodies such as the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, National Council for Hypnotherapy, Association for Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, National Board for Modern Psychotherapy and National Board for Hypnotherapy. I also hold an enhanced DBS and am fully insured.
