Yoga
Here at The Observatory Practice we have created a beautiful, purpose-built yoga studio. And we are now able to offer Hatha Yoga classes either in person or online via Zoom.
Yoga classes are currently being offered by Jo Perry. Jo offers Hatha Yoga group classes as well as one-to-one sessions.
Group classes are for mixed abilities, including beginners, and include asana (yoga pose) practice, pranayama (breath work), relaxation/meditation, and yoga teachings/philosophy. (Dates and booking links below.)
Jo also offers a very gentle class for students with limited flexibility or strength, or those looking for light mindful movement and mind/body connection.
One-to-one sessions can be booked individually, and tailored to your personal requirements. Please get in touch to discuss.
Jo is a Yoga Alliance Professionals registered, fully insured and Enhanced DBS checked professional Yoga Teacher.
