The Observatory Practice is now offering Hatha yoga classes with Jo Perry in our beautiful new purpose-built yoga studio at the Crescent!
Jo offers group classes, which can be attended in person or online, as well as one-to-one sessions.
Group classes are £12 each, and one-hour long.
Group classes are for mixed abilities, including beginners, and include asana (yoga pose) practice, pranayama (breath work), relaxation/meditation, and yoga teachings/philosophy. (Dates and booking links below.)
Jo also offers a Very Gentle Class for students with limited flexibility or strength, or those looking for light mindful movement and mind/body connection.
One-to-one sessions can be booked individually, and tailored to your personal requirements. Please get in touch to discuss.
Jo is a Yoga Alliance Professionals registered, fully insured and Enhanced DBS checked professional Yoga Teacher.
