We have rooms available to rent by the hour, or more permanently, for therapists, and health and wellbeing practitioners.
We offer Clinical Hypnotherapy, Counselling, EFT (tapping), Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Therapy, and Reiki.

Hatha Yoga Classes
Join us for a Hatha Yoga Class at The Observatory Practice!
Classes are Mondays at 5pm for an hour. All ages and abilities welcome!

Hypnotherapy Training in Plymouth
We are very proud to offer the prestigious Inspiraology Hypnotherapy Training Course. This nationwide and international professional clinical training course is accredited by the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the NCFE at a Level 4.
IHT Plymouth is run by Jo Perry, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Supervisor and Lecturer, and proprietor of The Observatory Practice. Jo has nearly a decade of therapeutic practice, and over twenty years of teaching experience.
